I worked at Live Nation Entertainment (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Fast paced environment... Chance to work huge shows and work with best crews in the business. get to see many exciting shows.

    Cons

Old boys network. Everybody is expendable. Corporate makes demands in a vacuum that severely limit ability to get the job done. They have no idea what it really takes to put on a show in XYZ building. They'd rather hire younger & cheaper.

Occasionally the misconceptions about TM from the public at large are disappointing.

    Advice to Management
