Will not give full-time status after many years of working for the company

    Pros

My co-workers are great and it can be a fun place to work

    Cons

The Company did a revenue of $11.6 billion in 2021 and also boasts how great their benefits are on any online job posting. in truth this company EXCLUDES many of their employees from full-time status so the company doesn't have to give them any benefits. Where I work, my department has over 70 employees in it. Less than 15 employees have full-time status and currently our management has over hired staff in an attempt to sabotage the number of hours those employees can work. So many will eventually lose their benefits. This company is overrated

I am going highly impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of this crew!

    Pros

Only worked a couple gigs with these guys so far but after being in the industry for over a decade working with other companies off and on I can say that the level of professionalism is above and beyond expectation. Amazing work environment where I always feel safe and very well organized management and crew where I always know an experienced set of eyes are watching over the work and an experienced ear is always close by if you need guidance. Great pay and very fair treatment of all the ladies and gentlemen on the job. Never felt like I would be left hungry or thirsty at work and everyone is super friendly and patient with new hires who are still learning. Love it so far and looking forward to working with them a lot more!

    Cons

Might take some time to get your foot in the door and get more frequent calls to gigs but worth the time and effort.

    Pros

The company really seems to care about its employees well-being. The perks are awesome and even though it’s hybrid, the in office work environment is welcoming.

    Cons

I do wish there was more room for growth or collaboration between teams.

    Perfect for concert lovers.

    Pros

Listen to concerts while working. Commission and tips. Meet and greets. Concert merch.

    Cons

Seasonal position. Trying to fit a year round job around this one is hard. I wish it was year round. Dress code is uncomfortable and you freeze once it gets cold outside. Hourly pay is horrible. But if you get commission and tips then it’s worth it.
