Company does not take care of loyal employees who continue to return every season.

    Feb 27, 2019 - Event Staff/Security in Bristow, VA

    Pros

Great way to experience a lot of concerts without purchasing a ticket.

    Cons

Loyal employees will return year after year and be given more responsibilities but remain at the same low pay for years. An employee might be given the responsibilities of a supervisor after returning for many consecutive years but will get paid the same as somebody who is working their first shift for the company.

    Wasteful

    Pros

    not much of any really

    Cons

Lots and lots of just standing in one place on uneven cement floor. The pay is so low you will be wondering why you are wasting your life. The job not only makes you feel under utilized, but useless as well. It is beyond boring and presents no real challenge or interest. It is very frustrating because you are in a location where other people are having fun watching a show yet you must turn the opposite direction and tell them to stay in place as if you have any real authority, which you do not. Customers are not particularly friendly, many are drunk and looking to get into a fight.
