Was the subject profanity-riddled berating by manager (as was rest of team on a regular basis). Once in a meeting this reached a boiling point, and after going against the advice of my coworkers, decided not to file a complaint to HR, after which I was promptly fired two weeks later. HR then told me I should have done so. Was restricted from doing my core job responsibilities from the very beginning and put on “probation” within first few months for lack of progress in those precise areas. Had a manager that rarely was in the office or online, and would often take several days to respond to emails. Worst of all, I have missed out on job opportunities due to delay in receiving proof of employment from Live Nation HR

Live Nation had an amazing and motivated team of people who truly care about and love the music industry.
Cons
Although it may seem like a huge company, a lot of the local and international level positions are filled by veterans who have no intention or reason to go elsewhere. This means that there is little room for growth within the company in many different departments.

Pros
The people you work with in the immediate are wonderful. They're funny and kind and there's a good team spirit among your immediate peers. The job is fun, you get to make people's dreams come true helping them meet their favorite artists.
Cons
However, being a part of a larger corporation within the music industry means that you're just a number. Don't try to advance, don't try to make waves, or you will be struck down. In addition, women are not looked at as equal, as the entire company is a boys club. Many people simply exist as part of the "burn and churn" meaning you're replaceable so they burn you out and then find your replacement.
