I have been working at LiveOps as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexible hours, work-at-home, they do most of the work of invoicing, fun to work for

    Cons

Often work is slow while being paid only for actual talk time, not time waiting for calls. There is constant negative criticism. 50 percent is totally unfounded. It is a dificult economy and job market. I don't like companies who blame the workers.

    Advice to Management

Great people on staff. Enormous amount of potential. I can't quite recommend it because of the negative feedback, much of which is unfounded.

I worked at LiveOps (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Very flexible work hours with 24/7 availability and option to add or delete hours. It fits into any schedule but I would not use as long term goal.

    Cons

Not great supervisory staff. Pay is not great. No choice of what companies you support.

I have been working at LiveOps part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

You can make your own schedule and you really do feel like you have your company. You get a decent training, and they do work with you to ensure you are able to help the callers via a chat feature. They also have opportunities for you to add more clients to your business via an opportunity browser.

    Cons

The worst part of this opportunity is that you only paid for TALK TIME. What this means is that you can be sitting at your computer for two hours without a call, which means you will not get paid for the time you are sitting there.

    Advice to Management

You should let people know during training about how the pay works so they will have a better idea of what kind of money they can make.

    Pros

Flexible Schedule. Excellent & unlimited training.

    Cons

Pay is minimal in the beginning because training is unpaid and you haven't had a chance to build your "stars".

I have been working at LiveOps (Less than a year)

    Pros

Work At Home! Set hours around your family, events, etc.

    Cons

The pay. Although there is little overhead here, other than a dedicated landline and internet.

    Advice to Management

Make AF's more available. The ability to chat with a mentor one on one would be highly beneficial.
