I worked at LiveOps part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Loved being able to set my own schedule and completely work from home, and the bonuses were great. Also gained amazing experience for the different clients I took calls for.

    Cons

Sometimes there wasn't call volume was low. You get paid per min so no calls= No pay.

    Pros

One of the best aspects of working for LivOps is the culture within the company. Coworkers and partners really care, and most everyone seems to be "rowing in the same direction". One really gets the sense that employees care about the success of the company.

    Cons

I do not have a lot of negative feedback at this time.

I have been working at LiveOps full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

With Live Ops you work from home and set your own schedule and there is no down time. You can actually work any hours of the day or night. There is also lots of variety in the calls you take because of the clientele Live Ops represents so you don't get burnt out due to repetition.

    Cons

One con about Live Ops is that when there are issues such as tech issues there is no way to speak wit some directly. There is a live chat system that can take hours to get a response and if it is completely down you are left to communicate through a system called community services which can take days. I had to change banks and it took 3 weeks to set up a new direct deposit so 2 of my checks were mailed and it was weeks after my payday before I received them.

    Advice to Management

I would like to see management bring back some of the services that use to be available through the post box system, specifically the finance department. Agents should always be able to reach the finance department in the event that they need to change bank information.

    Pros

    never leave your house
schedule when you want to work, leaving time for appointments and the family

    Cons

    No paid training
Have to compete with other business owners to win the client.
    Rating on affinity sales

    Advice to Management

It would be nice to pay for training. Also, an hourly or set wage would be nice instead of cents per minutes. Get rid of affinity rating.

I have been working at LiveOps part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I get to work when I want, make my own schedule, I'm the boss and have no one to answer to. I love the ease of working at home.

    Cons

Not always easy to get answers we need or to talk to someone who knows what's going on. I made a FB page to help with that and we have a great group of people who are all about helping each other out.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees a little better. We're the ones on the front lines dealing with customers and craziness all day long.

    Pros

LiveOps is a reputable virtual WAH opportunity for those looking for flexibility, work/life balance, and pay that has the potential to greatly surpass minimum wage. The training program is comprehensive and while there is a learning curve; the basics are covered in depth which allows your business to start off on the right foot. As many other reviewers have commented, you get out what you put in. If you are dedicated, willing to learn and make adjustments, the earning potential is greatly enhanced. There is a real sense of personal accountability which drives an agent to excel. LiveOps is a great source of supplemental income and many agents have found success with the company as a primary income generator.

    Cons

Call volume can vary; which, at times, can prove to be discouraging. However, this is highly dependent on various factors that can, in part, be controlled by agent performance. Agents who are uncomfortable with up sells, affinities, etc. may find they are better suited to customer service oriented lines.

    Advice to Management

    None at this time.
