    Pros

    Excellent Benefits, great life/work balance encouraged, supportive Leadership, outstanding in-office perks. It is important to note that LiveOps has both employees (me) and self-employed agents that work from home.

    Cons

    Having to get dressed and come into an office is the only con as an employee - and that goes for any job! :)

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work and encouragement! 2017 is going to be a great year!

    Pros

    Growing company with Flexible Schedules
    Great Pay and Extremely generous benefit (pays 80% of the Employee & 70% of dependent)
    Friendly Staff of Intelligent and Hard working people - We work hard and Play hard!

    Cons

    Many people work from home, so it is difficult to schedule Friday meetings. Other than that this company has cultivated a phenomenal vision and direction!

    The people who work here really care and it is contagious! Mid-sized company that thinks big and encourages it employees to be meaningful contributors.

    Cons

    Fast growth means very busy and aggressive schedules but you still see the value of work-life balance being communicated. Better than most companies.

    Unsure market conditions putting stress on revenue growth

    Advice to Management

    After the split of the company and shedding of a significant financial drag of the SaaS business, I have nothing but positive things to say about the remaining management. Greg is a people's leader, an exec who is very solid, conscientious of employees & clients needs and very responsive in a difficult market. Advice? Keep it up and best wishes to all of you!

    Culture, interdepartmental collaboration and support.

    Cons

    None that aren't worth sharing. Every company has its drawbacks, but LiveOps gets it right where it counts.

    Calm enjoyable job
    Pays very well
    Freedom from a time clock

    To me there are none
    I love the job!
    I find this to be the best job I have ever had.
    I wish I had come aboard much sooner.

    very flex schedule, you can even work uncommitted 24 hours a dyy.

    Cons

    you are payed .25 per talk minute.
