    Pros

    Some good people still have a job.

    Cons

    The new management team is going to run this company into the ground. Do you have any idea what you are doing?? Do you??

    Advice to Management

    Talking to the board not management - Get rid of your toxic CEO and his Harley Quinn or you will lose all the great work people strive to achieve at this company. I am saddened to see what is happening to what used to be a great company. I give this company six months to a year before they have to close their doors.

    Pros

    Fantastic workers, great culture. Not micro managed. Great managers. Great office space and location. Weekly lunches and snacks. Bonus programs

    Cons

    Leadership is cherry picking new teams thus destroying a once great culture. Keith and Sam...do I really need to say more. Understand the industry you are in.

    Advice to Management

    It's quite obvious the newest positive reviews are fakes. Board? are you listening?

    Not one pro at this time.

    Cons

    Yesterday was a terrible day for Liveops. After receiving Q2 bonus checks many of our most tenured employees put in their notice. We are at the breaking point. When you lose these key employees there is little chance of success for our company and more importantly our clients. The new management DOES NOT understand our business, capabilities, and more importantly what we can't do. The handful of remaining, loyal employees are overworked, underpaid, scared, and looking for new jobs.

    Advice to Management

    Bring Greg back immediately before Keith and his cronies sink this ship.

    Advice to Management

    6 people resign in 2 days and more to come is what Keith tells everyone. How can you call this exciting times.
    Note from Keith tonight.... It’s been an active few days, needless to say. We have had several resignations lately that I’m sure most of you know about by now. There may be more to follow.
    This is an exciting time for the company. As we’ve discussed, some folks will decide it’s the right time to pursue other opportunities and we will celebrate.

    Yeah sounds like something to celebrate.

    Pros

    Unfortunately there are none, the cons are far out weighing the pros. However, there is unlimited Paid Time Off, that is a plus.

    Cons

    The Gig Economy review stating "old school" legacy employees who don't get it, is directed at folks who have not been brought in by Keith and Sam. This is the their speak and I find it both insulting and threatening. This is the environment and divide they have created within the organization. Sad

    Advice to Management

    Asking people to send an email to HR support isn't helpful. Folks are too fearful of being targeted. The board needs to step up before the lawyer step in.

    The other employees who have posted have shared what is a pro.

    positive employee reviews are sam and the marketing people trying to raise Keith's scores. FAKE NEWS about a FAKE CEO.

    Cons

    There are too many to list. The worst thing is they are blaming these reviews on a few with closed minds It's not just a few, many people feel this way. If u just ask some questions you'll learn a lot. They have no idea how a BPO works or the contractor model. They turned the SLACK feed off thinking it would stop reviews.

    Advice to Management

    We all feel hopeless.. All these reviews are bc everyone feels hopeless and do not know how else to get to the board.

    You did the same thing with Marty - turned a blind eye and made Marty chair. Same here, you put Keith on the board and now feel obligated to only listen to him and Sam. We know you thought they were good for the company. They aren't!!! If our shareholders knew they would not stand for it.

    Mistakes happen but now it's time for the board to step up and correct the mistake before it is too late.

    Dont you understand the people making decisions is putting the model at risk daily!!! Please pay attention. This is not personal, it is just a cry for help. Please do your job and look into this.

    Pros

    Brand has been great....agents are phenomenal, and there are some amazing employees that have kept the company running.

    Cons

    Let's begin the list:
    1) Executives, communication and every action
    2) Zero care for employees - and I mean zero
    3) Board - for doing this again after the failure with Marty
    4) This was a company that was on the brink of greatness....crushed in a matter of months.

    Advice to Management

    Think about the shareholders like me who paid money for stock years ago that you continue to devalue.... Wake up and trade in your expense accounts.

    It great to work your schedule and have flexibility

    Cons

    Pay is twice a month. You have to work long hours to really have a good income.

    Advice to Management

    Offer more ways to allow Agents to increase there income without having to work very long hours.
