    Pros

work from home, better than nothing.

    Cons

very stressful at times like all call center jobs, too many reps for the calls coming in, if you are good you stand a very good chance of getting stuck in a program that you absolutely hate. You can actually make a decent check here if you are good in sales, but you must work a lot of hours to do it, be very flexible in your schedule, and absolutely fight to be the best. In other words like them your life . When I left business they had lost sooo much business that it was getting very hard to pay the bills for me.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your reps for once, I really thought you would be out of business by now with all the new competition and your poor management. Hmmm I thinkk they have a new CEO now, not sure.

    Pros

You are at home that's all the good in this company

    Cons

This company wants only people that make nickels the minute you make a whole dollar there's an issue. You ask for help and there is none HOWEVER the minute yu make a mistake there is no coaching to see what the issue was or what mistake was actually made they throw you under the bus as they never new you this is no place to pave your anything about you life on because you must be worried if you will be a "contractor" long with them. Management?? What's that! Learn on your own but please don't make one mistake or you are doomed. DONT BASE YOUR LIFE OR SUPPLEMENT YOUR INCONE HERE , you'll find yourself in a mess

    Advice to Management

You really need to understand that people make mistakes when they are learning and try to help them out. You are not perfect and no one is either. If you want go relationships with people long term try helping them out a little more. Soon as you think you are on track your company breaks people down. You don't make good relationships at all

I have been working at LiveOps full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

With Live Ops you work from home and set your own schedule and there is no down time. You can actually work any hours of the day or night. There is also lots of variety in the calls you take because of the clientele Live Ops represents so you don't get burnt out due to repetition.

    Cons

One con about Live Ops is that when there are issues such as tech issues there is no way to speak wit some directly. There is a live chat system that can take hours to get a response and if it is completely down you are left to communicate through a system called community services which can take days. I had to change banks and it took 3 weeks to set up a new direct deposit so 2 of my checks were mailed and it was weeks after my payday before I received them.

    Advice to Management

I would like to see management bring back some of the services that use to be available through the post box system, specifically the finance department. Agents should always be able to reach the finance department in the event that they need to change bank information.

    Pros

    never leave your house
schedule when you want to work, leaving time for appointments and the family

    Cons

    No paid training
Have to compete with other business owners to win the client.
    Rating on affinity sales

    Advice to Management

It would be nice to pay for training. Also, an hourly or set wage would be nice instead of cents per minutes. Get rid of affinity rating.

    Pros

The only thing that I can say good is that they offer work from home positions -- that is all.

    Cons

The company tells you upfront about the $65 background/credit check that you have to pass before you are hired as an independent contractor. However, they do not tell you that once you get in and take the long hours of certification that you will not get to schedule hours for "nesting". The Live Ops staff says you have to "stalk" for hours which is ridiculous. Who in the H has take for all of that. They should tell you all of this upfront before you spend money on background check, phone line, etc. I feel strongly that this company receives kickbacks from the background check company which is the reason why they constantly hire folks knowing that they are not going to get to schedule hours for their "nesting" which if they do not get 20 calls by certain deadline then their contract is terminated. Word of advise to all -- stay the hell away from this company. For real
