      Pros

Competent coworkers. High standards of excellence and professionalism. Full-remote telecommuting as an option, as well as a really nice office in Northbrook, IL for those that prefer it. Flex pay and flexible managers work with personal schedules and reward extra effort. Growing company with conservative business model that values customer satisfaction and long-term relationships over short-term profits. Liventus does track active time, so if you are the type of person that wants to do half of a day's work and then bill for a full day, this is not the place for you. Personally, I see this as a positive thing, because it means our customers can trust that they are being billed ethically and will stick around long-term.

      Cons

Project schedules can fluctuate between not enough work and far too much work, just due to the nature of the industry. Thankfully, Liventus compensates people with flex time payouts or extra PTO for any time worked over and beyond a full-time schedule during the busy times.

        Pros

Working at Liventus has been a fantastic experience. First and foremost, I've always had full support from management, and they have always been incredibly approachable. The atmosphere in the office is a plus, it is positive and welcoming, and with the option of working from home as well. I've had some great opportunities for career advancement here. Liventus seems to really understand the value of nurturing internal talent, rather than constantly looking outside for the "next big thing". Continued learning is highly encouraged among all employees, regardless of their position, with great compensation programs and opportunities to apply your new knowledge and grow in your career. Lastly, I really appreciate the fact that I get to work on cutting-edge projects. It’s not every day that you find yourself excited about the work you are doing, but here, I’m consistently involved in projects that push the boundaries of technology and creativity. It keeps the work engaging.

        Cons

Benefits and 401k packages aren't bad, but they could be better.

At the end of the interview, the interviewer said “HR will be in contact with you very soon”. Does this mean I got the job since it’s HR and not the recruiter or am I overthinking this? Any tips to ease post late stage interview anxieties?

      Process Coordinator

I have an in-person interview for a job I applied for earlier this summer and was in the final 2. They went with an internal candidate that time. I had 3 interviews the first time, but none in-person. This is the first interview this time. Is that a really good sign? Or should I not read into it? Also, I haven't had a professional in-person interview for 7 years, what do I wear? (female, 40's)
