  • "$80 a day.... do you know what that averages per hour to and to sit there that long?! Insane... so many folks let go, on a weekly basis... this is not a secure job at all... what does it tell you about a company when the CEO changed 3 times in 6 years... this is a very scamming company and whe folks try to cancel... it’s hard for them to, and so many are taken to court when they thought they cancelled... you can get a 1 year subscription for $10(in 5 reviews)

    Pros

Some of the best reasons to work for Liveops is because you have total control of your schedule. The flexibility is unmatched! Also, the amount of time the company invest into their training programs is great as well. Agents have an unlimited amount of training resources and tools to learn their program of choice. You have no reason to fail with the resources they provide as an agent you just have to do the work and make it happen! This is a great opportunity to use as leverage to get a better job elsewhere in the future.

    Cons

Paid for talk time only so if you have a moment that is idle you will not get paid for it.

Beware: It's Not All It's Sold To Be

Oct 16, 2022 - Customer Service Representative (CSR)

    Pros

The main pro with Liveops is the flexibility it offers: you are able to schedule your own hours and you can work from home. Outside of that, it's a sink or swim situation.

    Cons

Unfortunately, the cons outweigh the pros. Lack of clients to support at times and grueling certifications for some clients can be disheartening. Many agents have dropped a client mid certification because the time allotted to become certified to service that client was just too short. Once certified, there can be intense periods of zero call flow resulting in no income especially if your KPIs do not meet client specifications. It does not matter if your KPI was perfect previously; miss a metric marker and you will find yourself practically penniless for the next 30 days as you are paid for talk time as opposed to time scheduled. Your concerns will fall on deaf ears. Liveops will encourage to schedule a one on one session with a senior agent if your KPIs aren't where they should be, however, you will be made to feel like 'you' are the problem. Company inflicted circumstances will not matter as Liveops will subject an agent to whatever it needs to to keep a client. There's almost no margin for error bar a scavenger hunt exercise to improve your chances at obtaining a call flow. Anything outside of a ranking of a 1 or 2 is a futile rank (rankings run from 1 - 10 with 1 being the best). Scheduling hours, depending on the client you service can be a challenge as well. During off peak seasons, agents vastly outweigh available hours leaving those unlucky when the weekly schedule is posted to hunt and peck at the trade boards for hours to schedule. Liveops sounds great from the outside looking in; once in though, and the grimy under belly of the creature is exposed, it becomes a waste of valuable time.
