I have been working at Liverpool Football Club and Athletic Grounds part-time

    Pros

Fun working environment, friendly colleagues, great atmosphere, above minimum wage for my age, treat staff well and generally a good company to work for.

    Cons

Can get very busy during half time so you must try to ensure not to fall behind and balance tasks.

I worked at Liverpool Football Club and Athletic Grounds full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Large company and very interesting business for people with an interest in football. Good management overall and good work for employee retention

    Cons

Since Liverpool FC have not done as well on the field lately, this has been somewhat reflected on the business side of the club, in terms of less opportunities.

    Advice to Management

Overall, very good management. However, should be more open for young people knocking on the door for higher positions.

I have been working at Liverpool Football Club and Athletic Grounds part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The pros are watching Liverpool home games for free every week, and getting experience doing so. Also good for progression inside the steward ranking

    Cons

Can be made worse by bad supporters and cold nights. The hours are not enough for a full time job but that is to be expected anyway.

  9. "Match day bar/kiosk staff"

I worked at Liverpool Football Club and Athletic Grounds part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Experience, largely positive people to work with, highly organised and very precise with stock and takings, a very well run operation indeed.

    Cons

Away fans can be particularly rowdy, especially when there is alcohol on sale or if it's a big game - though that's to be expected.

The only other thing is the work isn't always regular, you can work 3 games in a week or 1 game in 3 weeks, depending on when the matches are played.

I worked at Liverpool Football Club and Athletic Grounds part-time

    Pros

you get sent a job sheet, telling you when the next match is, you ring up and tell them if you can work or not. shifts last 5 hours, you get to take home any left over food like pies and burgers.

    Cons

you can't leave the grounds, use your phone, or smoke during work.

    Advice to Management

when people have finished sorting out the bar, let them watch the match. it's the best art of working for LFC and should be art of the job, not a guilty pleasure. asides from that, best company ive ever worked for.

  11. "Working at LFC is often quite enjoyable. It is a relaxed working environment and atmosphere inside the ground is good."

I have been working at Liverpool Football Club and Athletic Grounds part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

A pro of working for LFC is that the hours are flexible, which is handy when studying full time. The pay is adequate.

    Cons

A challenge can often be dealing with fans when they got rowdy. In this case I just report to the security staff.

    Advice to Management

When Liverpool win, we should get bonuses. We should get an opportunity to win tickets.
