I worked at Liverpool Football Club and Athletic Grounds full-time

    Pros

Prestigious company to have on your CV.

    Cons

The management on my team were strict and unflexible, with passive aggressive disciplinary methods. No room for growth within the team and I was actively discouraged from applying to other roles in the company. The office culture is cliquey and gossipy. Takes years to push forward any improvement in processes. No breaks other than lunch, even if you go to get a coffee from the vending machine your supervisors will exchange raised eyebrows. If you go to another department to discuss a work project, you will be queried on why you were away from your desk.
