Pros
The environment at the Washington Ave Ext office is very friendly and welcoming. Overall, there is a positive work culture at Living Resources. Unique ideas and contributions are welcomed and considered by management. The agency sets a good example by hiring as many individuals with disabilities as possible.
Cons
Residential tends to be the focus of HR and administration due to difficulties hiring and retaining residential DSPs.

Pros
The individuals you meet in the field. Some of the activities you do with them are fun
Cons
Pay is super low. Upper management doesn't care unless you're buddy/buddy with them. Even your manager is kissing their butt.
