    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Living Water International full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great place to work. Christian charity working in twenty countries. Brings water and the Gospel to disadvantaged peoples in many countries. LWI does not discriminate against anyone. LWI Honors God, develops people, pursues excellence, and is a good steward of the guilts giving to the charity.

    Cons

Complex working with 20 countries. It is difficult on work with many languages and cultures. I have no other comments.

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

A lot of the staff puts forth a big effort. Nice people. Pleasant atmosphere most of the time.

    Cons

Too much after work fundraising time. You don't get paid overtime. Very low salaries. The CEO's salary very high. Maybe they could cut his and balance the board on others. The little guys are worth a little more than they are paid.

    Advice to Management

They are faith based. When a statement like that is made you don't sound rooted in the gospel. Faith Based? They need to lean to the other side to attract the secular world for funds. Don't they have the faith that God will supply what is needed. Then they could say " We ARE a christian organization. Not only faith based. All or nothing. Don't sit on the fence.

I have been working at Living Water International full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Supplying water to the needy. Friendly environment in the office.

    Cons

Very low salary. Thou the CEO is over 230,000.00.... The balance of wages???? Think the CEO travel on the dollar of the company. They are leaning towards secular world for the sake of the Dollar. Not a wise choice.

    Advice to Management

Pay the CEO less. Then maybe you could hang on to some good people. A big turnover rate of staff.

The culture is fantastic. I would come home feeling refreshed rather than drained. Devos every morning.

    Cons

It is a non-profit, so they can't afford to pay a ton.

    Positive Outlook

    Pros

Vision of the company is great. They are passionate about the mission that is ahead of them.
    Highly engaged staff team

    Cons

I am not sure if this has changed but back then they didn't have a good on boarding process.

    Advice to Management

Succession planning should be a priority. Expose local staff to the international office.
