    Pros

Everything is a pro. The training, the people you work with, the pay, and the procedures. This company literally gives you everything to be a success in your office. I have worked with quite a few companies but this one definitely is the best, no other company can get anywhere close to this company.

    Cons

NOT ONE CON AT ALL......This place is amazing. The employees, management, support system, it's all amazing. I can't find one bad thing about this company.

    Advice to Management

there is nothing advice to management only employees. Utilize the tools you are given and you will be a success.

I worked at Livingston Hearing Aid Center (More than a year)

    Pros

    Health benefits and weekends off.

    Cons

Not a permanent. They use "at will" employment and abuse it. No room to advance.

    Advice to Management

Hire people with the intention of keeping them, instead of finding someone cheaper and repeating the cycle.

I have been working at Livingston Hearing Aid Center full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

CEO will have your back at all times, very friendly atmosphere. The pay one of the best! Read a review about this company where someone said they make employees go against each other. Could not be farther from the truth. This company treats you like family. It's a family owned company and is growing FAST. Have worked for other hearing aid companies and this is by far the best. The management is amazing and will support you. Owner will work with you and treats everyone with respect.

    Cons

I really can't think of any , maybe that they aren't nationwide.... Yet.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the amazing work and keep staying true to your beliefs. You are changing lifes

I have been working at Livingston Hearing Aid Center full-time

    Pros

Having worked at LHAC the better part of a decade, I have seen this company corporate culture evolve into what it is today. Management is good to work with and while I don't always get my way, I usually am able to be heard in a respectful manner.

    Cons

None that immediately come to mind.

    Advice to Management

    None.

I have been working at Livingston Hearing Aid Center full-time

    Pros

It is a job that isn't minimum wage.

    Cons

Heavy workload for small pay, no support, micro-management, cant voice anything because if you do, big egos in Lubbock will make sure to get rid of you. Pretty much an impossible job.

    Advice to Management

4 different people for one office is high turnover. The problem is with poor training and heartless management.

I worked at Livingston Hearing Aid Center full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Competitive initial pay, freedom to work at own pace, company functions are well planned and enjoyable, can be rewarding if you enjoy working with the elderly. I generally enjoyed the work and for more than a year enjoyed coming to work.

    Cons

Management pits employees against each other, plays favorites, and monitors employees' communications, extremely negative work environment, very little opportunity for pay increase (no annual cost of living/merit increase), campaign promises during interview/hiring process.
