    Pros

The people that work at Livraria Cultura love the company for what it offers - a cultural place for you to learn and share your cultural knowledge. Being books, music or movies.

    Cons

It is still a familiar company. It is being run by the Herz family and although they try hard to modify it to a professional environment, everything must still pass thru their noses.

    Advice to Management

Please, step back and give space for professionals to run your company (if you want the company to have a long and healthy future).
