    Once known in the industry and by forbes magazine as top companies to work for and it was true

    Cons

    New CEO Bill Mccomb ruined the company

    Advice to Management

    board allowed the demise and still some are allowed to remain on the BOD

    I worked at Liz Claiborne (More than a year)

    Pros

    You will work with some very nice people. The atmosphere isn't too terrible.

    Cons

    The people at the top can be tough and ready to fire you if you rub them the wrong way. That's not a wonderful thing to have hanging over your head.

    Lots of perks. Sample sales, summer hours, 21 vacation days

    Cons

    Upper management is horrible at communicating when big changes take place. Employees find out most of the changes through press releases on the internet. They keep selling all the brands. I would be surprised if they are still in business in a year.
