You will work with some very nice people. The atmosphere isn't too terrible.
The people at the top can be tough and ready to fire you if you rub them the wrong way. That's not a wonderful thing to have hanging over your head.

There is room to grow quickly in the company, however the rate of salary does not go up that much.

Like all public companies focused on the bottom line, end of quarter can be crazy. Had to do more with less before any other company ever uttered those words.Very process driven, you have to like that to do well.
