      Pros

Love the energy this company has. I am still in training, but everyone I encounter is always upbeat and encouraging. They have an excellent training platform which the trainers will patiently walk you through. Not to mention the great benefits they offer their clients.

      Cons

No cons that I have experienced.

      Pros

The very first week was a very thorough class taught by world class instructor, Karolina she explained everything in a simple yet understanding manner. She truly does an amazing job. I’ve learned a lot over a shorty time span and can’t wait to take it to the next level.

      Cons

Internet buffering on certain days from home office so it can get a bit rough.

      Terrible Place to Work

      Pros

2 weeks of training was good. Products are good.

      Cons

I put full time employment because your expected to work constantly. After the 2 weeks of training it was awful. Like a Cult. Owner expects undying Loyalty to her. You must watch Sabrina Lloyd’s Podcast and be a loyal follower. Constantly pushing her belief in God. She wants to own you and you to kiss her butt. It’s 24/7. No personal life always in your business. The managers I had were rude, condescending, disrespectful. Operated like a Call Center. Terrible experience.

      Pros

The initial one week training is hugely thorough and the instructor, Karolina, has provided constant support as well as explained everything in a simple and easy to understand manner.

      Cons

Classes for the first week are from 10am to 4pm and even though that can feel like a lot, breaks make it easy to keep focus

      Needs more structure

      May 27, 2021 - Insurance Agent

      Pros

The pros of the this job is working from home and they make you take two weeks of classes to get you aquatinted with the software.

      Cons

The downside of this jobs is that once you make it through the training you have to wait for your manager to "find" you a sale. The mangers have to take time out of their time to help you and it really seems like an inconvenience to them. No one really tells you how this job works, they give you a call list of truckers that the managers wave down at truck stops which then the call list ends up being a dead end because they never wanted insurance in the first place. This job wasn't what I was promised in the interview. I wouldn't waste my time on it, this is commissioned based job where you have to work ungodly hours in hope to make 1 sale.
