Pros
Very professional environment. Management provides necessary resources to succeed.
Cons
Micromanagement on steroids. Expectations not realistic and virtually unattainable. The treatment of employees by management borders on hostile and at times they can be downright cruel.

Pros
Lloyd has great people who truly care about each other. For a smaller company they have stellar marketing especially the content available for online. Including weekly news, blogs and graphics that you might only find at a larger company. They are committed to good brand and name recognition which helps if you are selling and want to establish credibility in the market. HR is always available to walk you through any questions. Company has snacks and coffee and still has bagel Fridays - with random fun such as shakes or pizza brought in. Top rated recruiters to work with that have deep relationships in the business community. Not bound to client ownership like some companies - so a new person can really use existing relationships and not be blocked from senior people. Good company if you are a seasoned recruiter and want some freedom on running your own desk. you are not bound by geography or by a specific system or way of getting the production.
Cons
They try to tailor commission programs for each person but this leads to inconsistencies. Training is system related not necessarily sales related , so maybe not the best for someone who has zero sales or recruitment experience

Calm Laid back culture where you can thrive in and not dread coming into everyday. General Hours 9-5:30 and no micromanagement.

Not Competitive in Salary/Comp Structures for new candidates which is cause for some of the top producers leaving.

Pros
Quick and easy place to find a job most of the time Match jobs to your personal preferences If you find a job you like most of the time you will get it if you feel you somewhat qualified After a year (1250hrs) you get one week 35hrs paid vacation and certain paid holidays
Cons
Low wages and very little if any raises Seem to take a large percentage of the salary paid out by the contracting company (I believe its in the range of 25-35% of whats paid out by the company you actually end up working for, just based on my personal speculation) No health benefits No 401k matching or any other sort of benefits like that No bonuses

Cons
I am not used to having to clock in and out.
