      Needs a Real Leader

      Pros

      -Some of the individuals are great to work with. -They have offices on Long Island as well as other locations.

      Cons

      -Absolutely no investments in their employees. Even a simple CRM system for the entire company doesn't exist. - Management has no idea why there is rapid turnover and blames it being "standard in the industry." It is not standard. People are leaving because of poor leadership. Management is run by two professionals who have no idea what it is like to be a recruiter, but has no problem micro managing. - Company morale and synergy don't exist. - No quality of life for new hires. - No real training program.

      Pros

      Most of the employees are nice

      Cons

      There is a unilateral relationship between employees and mgmt. no loyalty but all of of employee loyalty is requested, not interested in improvement or even investing in a simple CRM system
