I have been working at Lloyds Banking Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Safe, steady UK centric business model which is now free of public ownership. Finally trying to improve computer systems. Agile working policy is good if you have a reasonable line manager.

    Cons

Inadequate training, below average pay and benefits. Poor management and too many projects on the go. Duplication of work is disheartening

    Advice to Management

Reward colleagues in line with peer banks or risk losing the good ones. Develop training package rather than relying on e-learning modules. Recognise leadership ability (or lack of) in those that have been given extra responsibility and do something about those who have inherited teams due to constant restructuring.
