    Pros

Very casual environment. People can wear shorts and flip flops. Overall its a pretty laid back office. Work is just enough to keep you busy the entire day so you don't get bored. Coworkers are really nice, especially the warehouse people. They play games on breaks.

    Cons

Organizational structure is too flat you don't see yourself advancing or getting any promotion. Work gets to be repetitive that you don't feel like you are challenged. Almost mandatory to take half an hour lunch only and stay in your desk. There is no parking for employees and there are no places to eat around the area. If you are young and just launching your career, this might not be the place for you.

    Positive Outlook

I worked at Lni Custom Manufacturing full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Family owned, really feel valued as an employee. Work was challenging and my accomplishments were rewarded. I really loved the laid back environment, but also one that encourages hard work. Co-workers and management are easily accessible and easy to communicate with.

    Cons

You need to take responsibility for your work and be a "go-getter". I learned a lot, quickly, more than any other companies. Some may see this as a con, but it is challenging and you will learn more here than anywhere. You are in charge of your position here. You can move up, or stay complacent.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Lni Custom Manufacturing full-time

    Pros

If you're into making your own hours, designing/building stuff and talking like a sailor - this is the place to be. A very casual environment - this could be your dream employer.

    Cons

3 months probation upon hire, 3 sick days per year, 5 vacation days. No merit/salary/benefit increase no matter how great your are.

    Advice to Management

Need to spend more time planning projects. Don't build anything until you know it can actual be built correctly. Measure twice and cut once. Retro-fitting in the midst of production leads to delays, frustration and unhappy customers.
