      Good pay Great bonus structure Thorough training Friendly atmosphere when in the office opportunity to work from home Strong support system Caring and Understanding management, that is always willing to help. Plenty of opportunity for advancement great work life balance Wide range of hours to fit your schedule Plenty of PTO and sick time

      Pros

      Good pay and bonuses. Promotes from within. Great training before going live and continued support afterwards.

      Cons

      Call centers are not for everyone. It's hard work for a special kind of person.

      Pros

      Fairly good pay with bonus if you can make it.

      Cons

      11 hour mandatory work shift once a week, as well as a 10 mandatory shift every week. To avoid them paying you over time they take those 3 hours from other days of the week. Mandatory 1 Sat a month but usually 2 a month, but they put you in for only 4-6 hours on Sat so you have to make up the difference during the week prior, so you work longer days. They change break/lunch schedule every week. And schedules are only a week ahead, if that. Upper management only cares about the numbers, they don't care if you take care if the borrowers issues are resolved properly as long as your not on the call to long. And if you are on a call to long they send the supervisor or team lead over to tell you to rap up the call. Management doesn't care if employees just pass off a call back into the que to avoid taking care of it. And yup those people make good bonus because their call volume looks good. If you are a person who actually likes to help people, take the time to resolve the issue then this is not the place for you since it is all about the quantity of calls not quality.
