    Pros

Coworkers were enthusiastic and smart. The headquarters in Irvine were nice. Decent benefits. Some of the sales management seemed strong despite underlying issues in overall company direction and management.

    Cons

Management shifted priorities and goals on an almost weekly basis, very confusing for a sales team, and disruptive of sales pipeline. Pay & bonus structure was on the low side and could have been better. Lack of communication and transparency into larger strategy and company direction.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees feedback more. Create more opportunities for grwoth and development. Consider the impact to the sales cycle with constantly shifting goals.

    Pros

Smart and friendly people work here.

    Cons

This company runs on internal politics. Revenues have continued to decrease over the last 2 years with little direction on their next move. Quarterly lay-offs are standard. Stock price and morale is at an all time low.

I worked at Local Corporation full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great team, nice employee perks such as the holiday party

    Cons

Not enough technical resources, not proactive in preventing revenue affected products.

    Advice to Management

There are more managers getting hired when they should be hiring more developers, engineers, and programmers to help improve the product. Test a product before launching it to the public and focus on improving products that have been working for the company.

    Pros

Nice coworkers. Nice offices. Professional environment. Good pay. Fun picnics and Christmas parties. The CEO cares about the employees.

    Cons

No growth. Existing ad business shrinking. Overall, poor leadership from COO. Poor execution with acquired companies. Missed opportunity with Screamin' Daily Deals.

    Advice to Management

Come up with a new idea for the company, or go back to serving SMBs. Krillion is probably not the answer.

    Pros

    Decent salary and good people.

    Cons

The traffic, the ROI for clients, the leadership, the internal communication, the overall strategy.

    Advice to Management

Learn to fully bake and market a product before throwing it against the wall to see if it will stick. Hire real pros to manage sales people with real understanding.
