    Pros

Great team of professionals working together with few bad apples. If you like to be a professional and shine with others of similar type, this is the place.

    Cons

Management was "lax" due to good reviews from the customer, and failed to recognize creeping mediocrity until it was too late and the customer replaced them.

    Advice to Management

Listen carefully to what the worker bees tell you about how things are going--don't be satisfied just because you received a good report card from the customer.

I worked at Lockheed Martin full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Wonderful people that made for a great work environment. Pay was good for my experience, benefits were good but not mind-blowing, work environment was surprisingly low stress despite the high stress work we were performing. Worth noting I was in IS&GS, which has since been acquired by Leidos.

    Cons

Mostly a great experience, but as with all office work it could get quite boring.
