    Pros

Great place to work. The work/life balance is valued, salaries are competitive and you are surrounded by talented, driven individuals.

    Cons

Nothing that would prevent me from recommending.

    Pros

A solid company to work for. Large volume of work but nevertheless job responsibilities were easy along with working with a knowledgeable group of people.

    Cons

Not that I could think of

I have been working at Lockton Companies full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Some flexibility, paycheck, not many pros

    Cons

Someone said Lockton is at the forefront of analytics/etc. I very much disagree with that. Notice that all but 1 of the positive reviews are coming from high level AE or VP roles, not the associates actually doing the work for them. The environment is toxic. You are punished for mistakes, but not rewarded for extra effort and good work. Account teams are cliques. Lockton Texas is not the same as Lockton KC.

    Advice to Management

Get to know all your associates. Have teams intermingle more. Tuition reimbursement? People in many roles that have no idea how to use basic computer function. Train more. Sell the private jets. Why are AEs so happy and AAs miserable? Change the office setup.

I have been working at Lockton Companies full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good work/life balance, great people, and awesome perks going to ball games and out with carriers. Little travel. Work hard play hard attitude

    Cons

Getting promoted feels like it is based off time and not the work that you put in. Training could be better.

    Advice to Management

Better pay and give people promotion based on work not time.

    Pros

Wonderful coworkers, flexible people but determined to get the job done. Client and associate focused. Great coverage training and support while learning.

    Cons

Would like to be able to work remote at times and the pay is low.

    Advice to Management

If we had a "dry" year, we would be able to get better and more competitive pay. Alcohol doesn't need to be at every event. It's no longer a treat. We get told all the time that alcohol takes quite the hit in the expense budget, why don't we do something about it?

    Pros

    Cons

The worst place I've worked at. A lot of terrible things going on: sexual harrassment, bullying, etc. Don't work here if you can help it.

    Pros

Truly great people throughout the organization all willing to help. The culture of this company is what I believe truly sets it apart from its competitors.

    Cons

Like most jobs, the demands can sometimes be challenging and stressful so important for one to have good time management.

    Pros

Gets you in the door of the insurance industry.

    Cons

Supervisor in the Dallas, TX office plays favoritism on a day by day basis. If you are out sick or have a family emergency, you are punished for it the next couple of days/weeks that you are back in the office. Little to no room for growth or advancement if you start off in this department.

    Pros

Good experience to work with different companies

    Cons

Leader is like a high school girl - plays favorites and publicly ridiculous others who are not in her click. Very unethical management practices too.

    Advice to Management

Take a look at the outsourcing leader -
