Client, Associate and Community focused company. Love the people and challenging work. Appreciate the focus on doing what is right for clients and associates. Always having fun, working hard, and innovating!

A winning combination of a great place to work means a great place to do business and rapid growth can be a challenge. Good problem to have but still tough.

I love the flexibility of this job! The ability to work from home gives me the opportunity to keep my personal life in check. While I love WFM, I love going into the office as well! Everyone is welcoming and so helpful. I’ve never been in an environment like this.

I don’t have many cons from my personal experience!

The last company I worked perm with laid me off, and I'm trying to decide the best way to word it. What I currently say doesn't elicit negative feedback. What I currently say: The company determined that they had an immediate need for someone with a higher-level skill set in my position, so they laid me off. What my spouse (who has been a hiring manager) recommends I say: The company decided to restructure my position, and I was assured it wasn't performance related. Thoughts? Thank you.
