    Pros

There is plenty of opportunity for advancement. Show initiative and interest in a course and they'll approve and sign you up. Be sure to do very well.

    Cons

In order to advance, one must "play the game" with no scruples or depth what-so-ever. Get close to HR and producers, but not too close or you'll get thrown under the nearest bus.

    Advice to Management

Humility! Learn how to speak WITH employees rather than "to" them. Learn to respect lower pay grades instead of spending much time glorifying yourself to higher-ups. Never assume you know how much someone has to offer from a piece of paper alone. In order to get the best from someone, you must show them actual, genuine appreciation.

    Cons

Placement at the end of the program depends on the needs of the business. Hours during renewals can be hectic as well. Pay can be low compared to larger competitors.
