    Pros

    Great management, flexible scheduling, great benefits, promotion within and changing of jobs is permitted.

    Cons

    Pay and incentives could be better. Recognition to loyal employees at milestones, consider seniority with scheduling and perks, better training including travel, and a loyalty program for guests would be beneficial.

    Outside, peaceful for the most part, If you like the sun and hearing families laugh, the pay (for me it was 15.50) , free lunch, lots of benefits, morning schedule, etc.

    Not a lot of pros. I have seen this company change not for the better over the time I have been here.

    Cons

    Policy changes are made but when asked about it no one knows anything about them.. Supposedly our point system has changed. In the beginning you were told that you got 5pto days off a year. It rolled off after a year and you could use that day again . You could do this 5times a year. It was like this forever. All of all a sudden with no company emails that is no longer true. You have only if you have no other points. Like a tardy. You can call out but you just keep adding on points .so then you don't really get the full benefits of your five days a year. Your 5call outs have always been a dependent benefit from the tardys . Or else in truth you don't really get your five call out s. Your five days off turn into 2points a piece plus any tardys which would quickly add up to 12points. So either I've been given a grand story or the company just doesn't care about it's employees anymore unless you are a favorite. Where they wave points to those people.

    Pros

    Friendly working environment with coworkers that you can count on to have your back. Pay can be good depending on weather and occupancy conditions.

    Cons

    The promotion of employees from on-call, to part time and full time status is all over the place. People get swept under the rug and HR doesn't have any answers when it comes to this situation. Good employees get looked over and Lakewood makes many mistakes when it comes to who they hire and promote.
