      Pros

Pros of working here have dwindled over time. You do get to work with some amazing people and they do spend money on solutions to provide their sales teams the ability to do their jobs smoothly

      Cons

LogMeIn has since been bought by private investors and have had a series of terminations. However, they do much less for their employees (in terms of incentives), average pay for roles has decreased significantly, little investment in their own products. The company has completely changed in the last 3 years. I LOVED working here at the start, but over my final 6-9 months, I was miserable

If you join, understand this is a "different" Logmein than it's previous glory days

      Pros

you will see first hand how private equity firms run their portfolio companies. you will hone your craft with some competitive products. you will receive great training that you can parlay into a more long term role where you can grow at another company (perhaps one where many of Logmein's former sales people are at today).

      Cons

the sales targets are crazy. this is not the technology jewel it used to be in the 2014-2018 timeframe. all of the people who made it great are now gone.

      Pros

Excellent CEO, too bad all other Management is not as good as the CEO.

      Cons

Do not go into Channel at LogMeIn, they are the step child of sales. Low respect compared to all other sales.

Pretty good, I would (and have) recommend LogMeIn.

      Pros

Great products and the ability to work from home, ability to make a lot of money (provided you overachieve - no commission cap), great benefits, people are nice, comp plan is good. The CEO and other C-levels have been personable and approachable when I have met them at P-Club and other company events.

      Cons

Consistent/annual changes in territory/accounts and business units, making it a challenge to adjust and establish a thriving book of business; Going private and changing the company direction suggests more change and uncertainly for 2021. Changing processes/policies, job responsibilities, employee turnover, lack of resources, complex comp plans for sales that are hard to understand unless you wrote them. **This may seem trivial, but it's nearly impossible to get swag for customers or employees, and when you see other tech companies giving it away so freely... makes LMI seem cheap.**
