    Pros

Relatively flexible hours while going to school on the side. Fun atmosphere, you learn a lot of patience and how to control situations with kids.

    Cons

The only downside is that you get paid once a month. So you get a chunk of money but only once a month.

    Pros

Excellent classroom control and set up. Great Teachers and Kids!

    Cons

Not a ton of Money for the amount of time spent at school, but that's to be expected in any school setting. Classroom did get a bit large at the end there and we really could have used more help.

I have been working at Logan City School District, Utah full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Full time benefits, paid personal leave and vacation. Paid sick leave. Good people to work with.

    Cons

Employees seem to be replaceable. High deductible insurance plan, primarily because a lot of the teachers are fat sick and nearly dead with no fitness plan or benefit for being in decent living shape. They make it hard to actually take time off. If you are a manager, hiring new employees is a joke and can take up to a month because of bureaucratic nonsense. They would rather save face with people rather than confront and resolve a problem, so when a problem arises the answer to fix the issue is "Oh, that is just the way they are". No real ability to move horizontally or vertically in the company. If you choose to move from a position at a certain pay scale and ask to move to a new position, they will make you resign your current position and re-hire you at the lower pay rate just to save a few bucks.

I have been working at Logan City School District, Utah

    Pros

They have some great researched based programs. But they don't have enough.

    Cons

They do not pay for trainings if you are new to the district. I am not sure if they can do that legally. They do not have enough resources for teachers and some unrealistic expectations.
