    Pros

I have been working at Logan University full-time

    Pros

The benefits are decent and free chiropractic care.

    Cons

Managers are rude to their staff and treat them poorly. Nobody does their job and if they do you won't see results for months. There is so much change so don't get used to anything

I worked at Logan University full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Beautiful campus, nice to have cafe on site, some nice benefits. Nice to know you are helping students become educated.

    Cons

Many cons. Very political. Poor managers are allowed to stay even when everyone knows they are not doing a good job or empowering their employees. If they want someone out, they will find any reason to fire them.

    Advice to Management

So much potential..shame it is not being used. trust your honest staff to tell you like it is.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Logan University full-time

    Pros

Free chiropractic, faculty and students are friendly, otherwise everyone is pretty fake overall.

    Cons

Essentially communism. Their values are so beyond messed up. Though it's a private school and students are the product, they treat people and coworkers with the same respect. Oh and the turn over rate is quick because they will kick out anyone for any reasons. A good coworker of mine got let go and when they asked why they were told "it wasn't up for discussion"

    Advice to Management

You make your staff feel pretty worthless. And just because you throw in free chiropractic doesn't mean they have satisfaction. Also, check your HR department.
