I worked at LogiGear full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

LogiGear has a great culture. The people were friendly and the company had a very collaborative environment. Thought leadership prevailed and everyone including the CEO was receptive to feedback. A great office location was a huge plus.

    Cons

The company banked on few large accounts and failed to seize good opportunities partly due to lack of resources and attrition.

    Advice to Management

The company should try and diversify its portfolio.

    Pros

I've been working at LogiGear for a number of years. The friendly culture and the small company work environment allows an individual to take on new opportunities and develop professionally. Challenging technical projects working alongside talented and hard working team members.

    Cons

The coordination and communication between US and VN needs some improvement.

    Advice to Management

Overall, keep doing what you are doing and focus on company growth.

I have been working at LogiGear full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I've been working at LogiGear for a number of years, small staff in US, much larger in Asia. Like the culture and the small company environment allows an individual to grow faster and take on as much responsibility as you want. Company works on interesting technical projects for some of the major corporations.

    Cons

Company is somewhat understaffed currently which can increase workload, however the company is currently hiring.

    Advice to Management

Review compensation to keep employees up to date with Bay area standards

I have been working at LogiGear full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Nice office views of the Bay. People have good intentions. Good project management and product technical support.

    Cons

30 percent of employees have left since September 2015. Company going to lose big client soon. Family run business. "Outsiders Not Welcome". Old school management style. Boring office environment. No one talk. Almost half of employee remain are CEO family.

    Advice to Management

Hire outside consultant to fix problems or sell company

    Pros

Flexible work schedule, small company so you get to make more impact if you have the drive

    Cons

No clear career path, company seems to always be slow to react to technological changes, very reactive.
Benefits below the market standard, very little to no incentive to do more than what you're asked

    Advice to Management

Create more incentive for employees to go beyond their duties

    Pros

LogiGear has a friendly, transparent culture. Upper management is completely approachable and want to see you succeed along with the company. The US staff is small but very diverse. Barring any macroeconomic issues, the future looks bright for this small company.

    Cons

It would be nice if LogiGear could be less reactionary. The company would benefit from a little more systematization and foresight.

    Advice to Management

I am happy with the general direction of the company.
