    I have been working at LogistiCare full-time

    Pros

    The culture/ environment in the call center is great and everyone helps one another.

    Cons

    The attendance policy is very strict and you do not automatically get vacation days, instead the time off is earned.

    Pros

    Predictable and steady schedule. Decent pay.

    Cons

    Management was truly awful. Enforcing ridiculous rules and treating employees like dirt.

    Advice to Management

    Treat employees like human beings. Be more flexible on schedule limitations. Especially for College students.

    Management ought find out feedback from new and existing employees to see if the job is working out for them. Uncaring environment.
