I have been working at Logitravel part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Everyone in the company is VERY supportive and you can learn a lot if you are willing, beacuse they are certainly willing to teach you.

    Cons

The previous workers marked a bad way of programming that is following even today. Mostly you'll spend a lot of time patching up other peoples mistakes.

    Advice to Management

Good place to start, not so sure for the long run

I worked at Logitravel full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Young and friendly colleages. No experience required to start working. Well located at Majorca, a paradisiac island. Small discount of flights and hotels.

    Cons

Caffeinated dotcom, +2 hours of overtime expected daily, bad technology and architecture. Lots of pressure to workers, ridiculous release dates, the owner usually yells at developers in order to force overtime. 1'5 hours for lunch, too much time to be productive.

    Advice to Management

Try not to burn out your employees, read some management books about how a technology company should be ruled.
