    Pros

Free popcorn on Wednesdays. Salary was pretty decent but the benefits strangle you.

    Cons

Management is a joke. They play favorites and if you're not in with certain people you'll know it. They'll write you up for being even five minutes late, and God forbid they catch you talking on the floor. HR doesn't care about benefits because they don't even get them through the company. The place in an absolute joke surfeit with hypocrisy.

    Advice to Management

Start to really look at some of your managers and you'll realize they're absolutely useless and are simply painting a facade that they know what they're doing.

    Pros

    They serve popcorn on Wed.

    Cons

-The company does not give raises. Any raise you get will amount to less than a dollar per year. - the software needed to do your job is slow and crashes frequently. -Abusive management. The only way to move up in this company is to be related to or friends with someone higher up. Your education and merits don't matter if you don't have an "in" with someone there. Because of this, all the managers are protected and they can - and do- treat people as badly as they want to with no consequences. -The people assigned to train new employees are lazy about doing it right. If you have to go back and ask about something that they didn't go over, you will get attitude to your face and called stupid behind your back. - some of the department heads are bigoted against women and gays. -the entire office culture is like high school. The men are like drunk frat boys, and the women are catty and clique-y. -LogixHealth doesn't run background checks, so you will be working around people who's character is questionable at best. - the whole company is slowly outsourcing to India, so your job isn't secure, anyway. And the icing on the cake: - you're working with people who smear snot, feces, and sometimes even period blood all over the bathroom walls. Sometimes it stays there for days or even weeks before someone cleans it up.

    Pros

    Really nice office. Great location.

    Cons

There are some really nice managers that are just out of touch with the work. Put yourselves back into the job of followup. What made you work hard on your account? You have taken all desire to work hard out of the job. Hospitals should back away!

    Advice to Management

Learn your accounts. They are paying logix good money and deserve more! Your AR should not look like it does. SHAMEFUL!

You can wear jeans and listen to headphones

    Cons

Management are very uneducated if they don't like you they will make you miserable until they fire you. If you speak up for yourself they will fire you. It is their way or the highway. Office moral is horrible everyone is unhappy and miserable. There are cameras every where They watch your every move you feel very uncomfortable. Nobody ever smiles they just look at you stone faced as you walk by them. I am soooo glad I do not work here anymore.

I have been working at LogixHealth full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great benefits (insurance, 401K, PTO/holiday pay), great salary, great management, great values. High level management in the company will listen to opinions and ideas. Plenty of opportunity to grow within the company in all different departments. Do your job, do it right, and put in a solid effort and your efforts will be rewarded.

    Cons

None. I could be wrong but the people with the negative comments seem to be those without the drive to work harder and put in the extra effort that gets them places. You have to do the job right and put in the effort if you want to be praised for your work, be promoted, get a raise, and all that. If you just go through the motions each day, do the bare minimum to get by, and constantly complain to your coworkers it is not surprising you are not happy. Take the really negative reviews with a grain of salt.

    Advice to Management

Disgruntled employees or ex-employees will always be the first to post on a site like this and trash the company. Those content with the job/company are less likely to post, but we should have some positive reviews on here. I am perfectly happy working for LogixHealth but was tired of seeing all the negative reviews so that is why I'm here!

I have been working at LogixHealth full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Flexible hours and ability to work from home - department / job specific.

    Cons

Horrible software development and lack of documentation / process understanding. No pay raises, only 401K. No communication between the company, departments, or staff in an effective manner. Lack of automated processes and too many manual messages via email. No accountability or oversight. Suggestions to be efficient are brushed aside and negated.

    Advice to Management

Communication is need to ensure trust and understanding of what's going on. Empower users by bringing them into the conversation instead of just doing things without any input from them.
