I worked at LogixHealth full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Only pro for this company are some very knowledgeable, hard working and good people working there. The 1 star i have given is just for those people.

    Cons

    1. The biggest con in this company is the managers of this company. They don't treat employees as the asset to the organisation they treat them as slaves. They don't appreciate the employee if they extend their hours to do what they tell is urgent, instead they take employees for granted. They blame employees for each and every mistake even after working in so much pressure created by them. They need justification for each and every estimation given and do not agree most of the time(an example of treating employees as slaves). 2. The work culture of the organisation is the biggest problem. They tell people to sit in office for 8 hrs everyday even if they don't have much work. But there is no justification or compensation provided if an employee extends there hours in a day. Even for a minute less than 8 hrs employee get email from managers asking for justification. The measurement of productivity is measured by the amount of time employees spend in the office. 3. There is no facility inside the organisation for lunch/dinner. There is a swiping machine in the cafeteria also i.e they treat going to cafeteria also as outside which is well inside the office. No spoons provided to 'regular' employees, only privileged employees get that. The so called managers do no have lunch in cafeteria instead have in the conference room. 4. They don't organise any team lunch/team outing. It is very rare i.e once in 6 months. No much employee engagement activities. Day by day the organisation is becoming worst for the employees by there stupid thoughts which they call policies(they might change policies according to their convenience).

    Pros

Restrooms are clean and placed at EGL

    Cons

everything. Hire and fire company. Top management doesnt know what is management and professionalism. Ran by a bunch of jokers and managed by 1 Decision making is chance-less, you will get shocked. Even they release 10 offers no 1 will join.
