Pros
Work Monday through Friday. Good pay
Cons
Long hours, super busy and stressful
- Former Employee, more than 5 years★★★★★
Pros
Pleasant, comfortable office space. The workforce is sparsely sprinkled with a few genuine, excellent people.
Cons
Hyper competitive work culture fosters a situation rife with back-stabbing behavior in order to close sales, despite the illusion of a sales "team." Work is entirely consuming, and a 40hr week is unheard of. There is no work/life balance allowed at this organization, seeking such will result in failure to reach obscene goals set by management.
- Current Employee, more than 8 years★★★★★
Pros
Great company and coworkers. Really operate as a team and do a decent job with compensation.
Cons
Very Sales centric and the commission structure doesn't match the workload or responsibilities.
- Current Employee, more than 5 years★★★★★
Pros
Good people mostly work hard to get job done
Cons
Company is separated into Cliques. Sales do not speak with labor staff. Higher management do not speak to peons below them

Pros
The companies employees are wonderful, this is the strength of the company. Consistently busy. Excellent mid and low management staff.
Cons
Chuck Lohmiller is an inspiration but has limited his exposure since the promotion of a new president. This new president is overly pompous and arrogant. He truly feels that he can never be incorrect and is blind to suggestions from the staff. It is His way or the highway. The emperor's New clothes fits perfectly. Key performance indicators are the new "thing" and ignores people's personal contributions but only assigns them a number.

Pros
I have only been working for this company for 5 months and have advanced from an entry level position to something more challenging that fits my skillset. If you express your interest in growing within the company and work hard to show you are the right fit, management will work with you to get you in a position which matches your professional profile.
Cons
There seems to be confusion as to what certain department functions are and who does what. It would be nice to have a clearer understanding of who to ask certain questions to. However, this can easily be figured out by asking a colleague.

Pros
Flexibility in work hours. Laid back dress code. Nice Christmas parties. Friendly employees.
Cons
Stress levels are fairly high on a regular basis. Everything is a push against the deadline at the last minute. Salary in the Denver environment makes it tough to do more than exist... which is fairly commonplace at this juncture.

My time at this company was mostly spent being reactive instead of proactive due to lack of tools needed.
RecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
This company has a get-the-job-done mentality. They focus on results and there are no questions asked if you need to take an afternoon off to take care of life. Pay is average. Location is pretty good. Owner is a great person.
Cons
There is a lack of management at this company. Not a lack of managers, there are plenty of managers. They just don't manage well. Policies are created, then completely ignored when it benefits senior staff. Most employees overworked. Reactive instead of proactive environment. The owner is disconnected from what is going on inside the company and just seems happy with increases in sales every year.
