RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Loma Linda University Health full-time
Pros
In addition to the progressive styles of its leaders, the work environment is friendly and the benefits are good. Their mission statement is something worth believing in. As an educational institution, the employee base is very diverse and much of the technology is very recent.
Cons
Remuneration is slightly above average but not as high as Kaiser-Permanente who are the tops in healthcare. Management style is not very open and favoritism is sometimes an issue.
