    • Micro managers • Favoritism is used in a negative light • It feels like you're walking on eggshells everyday • Leadership gossips about employees • Leadership openly ridicules employees to others • You get treated and pushed out if you are not liked • Being friends with other employees is a no no • Addressing a problem with leadership gets you no where • People take credit for your work • They say they are religious based and pray but back stab you behind your back • They say that they are all about wholeness, but really create stress and anxiety • Instead of helping you with things they don't help you get better • A lot of leadership and employees are hypocrites

    •The health benefits are great except for the fact that quality of care at this hospital is inconsistent •work life balance is encouraged •Sabbath means a shortened workday on Friday •Religious freedom

    •Nepotism •Employees who were liked were given so many more advantages than those who weren’t •Blatant Favoritism in emails, meetings, announcements, celebrations, etc •Leadership gossips about employees openly •Leadership openly ridicules employees to others •If they don’t “like” you, leadership will make things unpleasant for you •Advancement within the company is rarely based on performance but merely if you are liked by leadership •If you do try to address a problem with leadership, they use it against you if they don’t agree or it involves someone they like •Pointless meetings on team building that suggest low morale is a result of insubordination •Religion is manipulated and used to benefit leadership and make Loma Linda appear Christ centered. The way they do business and treat people couldn’t be any further from the basic beliefs of Christianity
