Pros
Great teaching institution! Magnet hospital. So if you want to learn so amazing skills and meet some great nursing colleagues then this is the place to go. They have great medical, dental, vision, and gym benefits.
Cons
Low pay, but they say this is due to the great benefits they offer. Transparency is another word you will hear often there, but not acted upon....talk about hypocrisy. So be careful what you say and who you say it to. Keep in mind there is absolutely no room for LEADERSHIP growth unless you join leadership residency program. Upper leadership has its clicks, so be aware.
