I have been working at Long Beach Memorial full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Lots of opportunities, lots of training.

    Cons

    Very busy all the time.

    Advice to Management

Don't overwhelm your nurses with so many demands and they could focus more on patient care. Practice what you preach before you implement it. I would like to see you hudle, get report in format you want and meet and greet 4 or more patients in less then 30 mins so you don't have overtime.

    Cons

I would like it better if there were more opportunities for learning.

    Advice to Management

It would be good if the workload was shared more evenly
