    Good salary, caring staff, diverse patient population,

    Cons

    Punitive environment , Unsupportive and often condescending CNO. Sadly over last several years nursing staff has become devalued as a result of this change in culture. Very challenging to maintain moral in this environment and it shows in the staff.
