- "The other employees all feel entitled to be a boss and managers do nothing about it." (in 102 reviews)
- "Frequent split shifts, when management is bad it's awful, can be written up for things outside of the handbook (example: week's notice of a Dr. Appointment of a follow up to a cancer surgery counted against me because I did not find a replacement), managers play favorites and absolutely do not care to make it obvious, the managers can hide what they say from certain people on the 'public' platform." Cons
Management can be iffy, some are great and others not so much. As with all serving jobs, weather and other things can affect how busy you will be and thus how much money you can make.

You will meet some of the best people working here between coworkers and guests. The area is a little more upscale than other locations so tips are decent. Always 20%+.
Cons
Managers tend to show favoritism and if you’re not one of the favorites you will feel like your job is on the line sometimes.
