Current Employee - Bakery Clerk and Cashier in Toronto, ON

I have been working at Longos part-time for more than a year

        Pros

The flexibility of being able to edit or change any availability within three weeks at your convenience. Yearly bonuses are great if the company does well

        Cons

Upper management is terrible, they act as if you’re their slaves and nothing else is important. Micromanaging and control over everything seem to be their main priorities. Managers are not very understanding of situations...
