I have been working at Longos full-time

    Pros

Decent pay, good atmosphere. Family owned and operated gives you the feeling of being part of the Longo family. Decent chance of promotion.

    Cons

Long hours. Nights, weekends and holidays. Unfortunately, it's all about what have you done for me lately. Too many bosses. A few of which shouldn't even have their position.

I have been working at Longos part-time for less than a year

    Pros

the environment is never stressful and lots of benefits becoming a team member. such as 20% of starbucks as employee discount and tons of points during Christmas holidays

    Cons

the only downside to working here is that you have to be able to stand for long hours in one place, also it gets super cold since the meat/produce/deli departments are open refrigerated.

    Advice to Management

the only advice to management is to make sweaters a must during this job
