I worked at Longstreet Clinic full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Staff was great easy to work with we all sticked together as a team if I had the chance I would return and would def recommend

    Cons

Learn new things you were able to switch to different areas when needed of course but I think that it would be helpful in the long run if u were to ever move to another position

    Advice to Management

    None

I worked at Longstreet Clinic full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The few mid-level managers that are left are easy to work with. The doctors and nurses are decent I suppose.

    Cons

Upper management, salary, and the lack of opportunities are TERRIBLE! Management brags about bringing in massive amounts of revenue yet they can't give anyone else a raise? High turnover rates across the board.

    Advice to Management

My advice to management: stop letting good employees go (aka have a better benefits package and give good employees raises), fire the the people who do nothing other other than take smoke breaks every 5 minutes, give other employees more responsibilities, and a shift to a vertical management scheme would be good starters.

    Pros

there are none about this company

    Cons

The pay is low, management is poor and hard to obtain other jobs the site contains new and old jobs for years.Insurance sucks and is expense.

    Pros

Physicians, nurses, pharmacy employees and front desk workers are all very nice. Also Generally flexible hours. Some opportunities to work nights and weekends if that's what you're looking for. On site lab, pharmacy, after hour care and x-ray is a plus.

    Cons

Horribly run. Management has completely drove the company into the ground. Upper management is extremely rude and does not respect patients, customers or employees. Horrible pay that is usually a bit below average. Management simply does not care about its employees, they solely care about trying to turn a profit. It is way more trouble and stress than it's worth. Highly advise looking somewhere else.

    Advice to Management

    Get new management.

    Pros

Friends, doctors, mid levels are all wonderful people

    Cons

Management needs to learn how to respect people. You have people in management that don't need to be there.
