    They do take notice of your hard work by giving gift cards to restaurants

    Cons

    Horrible managers on the supervisor that hated their job, never wanted to take calls
    Pay was locked in at $10.50 and possibly a .15 annual raise

    Do better and the company wouldn’t have run into the ground

    I worked at Lord & Taylor full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    It had work at home at the time, and may still be doing that for certain positions. Overrall pretty easy workflow regarding sales of department store items. Customers were mostly friendly and so was coworkers and management.

    Cons

    Management can be non-responsive. The calls be back-to-back in the christmas time. Pay is like 9.25 to start. Systems are lackluster and legacy - needs overhaul of all IT systems

    Advice to Management

    Please put a word in to have the IT system infrastructure to be completely re-done from the ground up, to NRDC the investment firm that own L&T and other chains from behind the curtain.
