    I worked at Lord & Taylor part-time

    Pros

The best reason to work here was the convenience and the hours. The merchandise and discount was a plus. Also some of the co-workers were a joy to work with.

    Cons

The downside was a few of the managers attitude and reluctancy to perform their job tasks. The benefits were atrocious, as well as the pay.

I worked at Lord & Taylor part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

This was my first time working in retail and honestly I loved it. I met a lot of cool down to earth individuals throughout my journey. If you know little to nothing about fashion, trust me you'll learn a lot from designers to trends here.

    Cons

The only downside was the cleaning of the fitting rooms. Customers didn't have a limit on clothing allowed in the fitting room. Depending on the location you apply for (this only applies for busy L&T). Other then that no complaints.
