    Pros

Experienced, knowledgeable management and staff. Efficient in their execution of business processes. Can adjust their direction as needed to maintain business momentum and achieve strategic goals.

Stay the course from a core business standpoint, but find other products to build and promote. The staff can transfer their business process knowledge if given the direction.
