    I worked at Lorna Jane full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Quick advancement within the company - Training is thorough - Head office is very interactive with stores

    Cons

    - Negligent towards bullying - Pay is award - Lack of incentives as they were minimised and then taken away - Large turnover of staff

    Advice to Management

    - Be more proactive to implement policies and procedures - Monitor staff more or have a stricter criteria as opposed to simply "filling positions"

    I worked at Lorna Jane

    Pros

    The product is good and the calibre of customers is higher than at most other shops. You get to meet some really lovely people!

    Cons

    Staff discount was a joke at only 25%. Sales targets were often unrealistic and manager was nasty to girls with low KPIs.

    Advice to Management

    Give stores more autonomy, stop employing area managers who don't have people skills.
